Kalvine is a commercial real estate professional specializing in the sale and leasing of industrial properties. Before joining Shindico, he acquired valuable experience working with an international commercial brokerage. Additionally, Kalvine served at the Government of Manitoba, specializing as a legislative developer tasked with crafting policies and regulations related to the fields of mining and agriculture.

He attributes much of his success to a robust work ethic and client-focused approach that prioritizes meeting the unique needs of clients each client.

Beyond his professional pursuits, Kalvine finds enjoyment in working out, playing soccer, and golf during his leisure time.

 Robert W. Shindleman
 Executive Vice President/COO

  Robert is the Executive Vice-President and COO of the Shindico Group of Companies.

Robert's focus is property development, operations and management. Robert's expertise includes identifying property opportunities, acquisition, overseeing construction and asset management activities.

Robert is recognized as an expert in identifying great commercial real estate and business opportunities, and making them better.  He is passionately dedicated to the success of his clients and amongst his colleagues, he is known to have a “cheerful open door policy”.

Robert has been instrumental in the establishment of the group's high standards and he is well versed with the varied requirements of owners, investors and tenants. Robert has a track-record of delivering exceptional results and creating the excellent relationships Shindico enjoys with clients.

In 2011, Robert received the B’nai Brith Canada Award of Merit recognizing significant contributions of exceptional Canadians to their local communities.

On a personal level, Robert’s interests include world and local affairs, family and friends, travel and enjoying the outdoors.

Sandy G. Shindleman CCIM, SIOR, CRE, FRICS, CIPS
President and CEO, Shindico

Sandy’s designations include CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member), SIOR (Society of Industrial and Office Realtors), CRE (Counselor of Real Estate), FRICS (Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors Fellow) and CIPS (Certified International Property Specialist). As a CCIM senior instructor (since 1980) Sandy has taught worldwide, served on the Board of Directors and served as President of the CCIM Foundation.

Sandy is an advisor and asset manager for several Canadian Pension Funds and family offices. Shindico's head office is a sustainable, energy efficient environment, which has been awarded a BOMA BEST Gold certification. Sandy is a founder of StorageVille Inc.

 Michael Stronger
 Senior Vice President, Retail and Investment

Michael Stronger graduated with honours from The University of Winnipeg.  For over 20 years he has specialized in all aspects of retail leasing and investment. Michael represents many prominent national retailers and restaurants in the Manitoba Marketplace.  He has served as Vice-Chair of the Winnipeg Realtors Commercial Division.

He has received the "Most Completed Transactions by Individual" award from the Winnipeg Realtors Commercial Division three times.  Michael is a valued advisor to Shindico’s management team and its family office clients.
