Shindico Realty Inc. is proud to announce the acquisition and integration of Akman Management effective November 16, 2023. Shindico and Akman Management have enjoyed a long relationship and have been partners in various assets since 1982.
The Akman Management portfolio consists of multifamily apartment buildings as well as several Class A industrial assets across Canada. The transaction consists of 1,200,000 square feet of property across 1,000 multifamily units and 18 commercial assets.

The integration will result in a 42% increase in staff at the Shindico Group of companies while adding $320,000,000 to Shindico’s assets under management.
