Sandy Shindleman, senior instructor for the CCIM Institute, was recognized on October 21, 2010 in Orlando, Florida for his 30 years as an instructor at the CCIM Institute (Certified Commercial Investment Member).
The CCIM Institute educates commercial real estate practitioners worldwide who want to elevate their business practices through focused education and networking opportunities.
Sandy has taught thousands of real estate professionals and is a past recipient of the CCIM, CI102 Instructor of the year and The People’s Choice Awards. Sandy is vice-president of the CCIM Education Foundation and is also a Vice-Chair of the Faculty Sub-Committee and member of Body of Knowledge Committee.
Sandy is Past Chair and founding member of the International Operations of the CCIM Institute and was instrumental in establishing this prestigious educational program in such locations as China, Mexico, South Korea, Poland and Russia.
Sandy teaches advanced investment and development courses throughout North America, Europe and Asia. Sandy was one of three instructors who traveled to Moscow immediately after the coup of 1991 to teach advanced real estate concepts to the construction ministry of Moscow (Moscopstroi).
