Sandy G. Shindleman CCIM, SIOR, CIPS
President
Since 1975, Sandy has lived by his mission statement “Succeeding by helping others succeed”.
Sandy has developed over 5 million square feet with 2 million square feet currently under development.
With CCIM (CCIM Institute), SIOR (Society of Industrial and Office Realtors) and CIPS (Certified International Property Specialist) designations, Sandy is a senior instructor for the CCIM Institute. For 27 years, he has traveled throughout Canada, the United States, Europe and Asia on behalf of the CCIM Institute.
Entrepreneur of the Year, for Manitoba business, he has lectured and appeared on panels for several international forums, Universities and Colleges.
Sandy is a founder in StorageVille Inc., a self-storage company, and a partner in Bridgemer Investment Properties Ltd., which is headquartered in Zurich, Switzerland.
Sandy is also a founding partner in the Winnipeg Goldeyes Baseball Club and Canwest Park. |

Robert Shindleman
Executive Vice President and COO
Robert W. Shindleman is the executive Vice-President and Chief
Operating Officer of the Shindico Group of Companies.
For 25 years Robert's focus has been in
development, operations and management. Robert's expertise
includes identifying opportunities,
acquisition, overseeing construction and asset management activities.
Robert has been instrumental in the establishment of the
group's high standards and he is well versed with the varied
requirements of owners, investors and tenants. Robert has a
track-record of delivering exceptional results and creating the
excellent relationships Shindico enjoys with clients.

Bob Downs CA
Development Manager
Bob has more than thirty-five years experience in property and business development in a variety of industries including logistics, technology, and for almost ten years, at Shindico.
In addition to his development efforts, Bob has been active in the community as a member of the Zoning Advisory Committee that advised City of Winnipeg staff and third party consultants rewriting the city’s new zoning bylaw 200/06 and also with the Manitoba Energy Code Advisory Committee developing key recommendations for the Province for a new energy code for commercial buildings.
Bob’s experience with the latest in building techniques—as demonstrated by his recent efforts in developing Shindico’s new head office building on Taylor Avenue and the Credit Union Central of Manitoba building on Donald Street—has proven invaluable to clients. These latest features form the basis for RFP’s issued on behalf of clients.
Bob’s strong analytical and interpersonal skills are also key to Bob succeeding by helping others succeed. |

John Pearson
Independent Broker affiliated with Shindico
John Pearson graduated with a Bachelor of Science Degree from the University of
Winnipeg in 1979 and a Masters in Natural Resources Management in 1982 from the University of Manitoba. John became a commercial and industrial real estate agent in 1985 and ultimately a real estate broker in 1991. He aligned with Shindico in July 1993 to continue with real estate activities and development. Throughout his career, John has sold/leased and developed many prominent properties and has developed numerous strong working relationships with prominent national/international clients such as Home Depot, Staples, Loblaws, Wal-Mart, Best Buy, Future Shop, Cara, Dufresne Furniture & Appliances and Ashley Furniture HomeStore.

Michael Stronger
Independent Broker affiliated with Shindico
Michael Stronger graduated with an honours degree in Arts from the University of Winnipeg in 1997. He joined Shindico that same year.
Michael specializes in retail sales, leasing, development and tenant representation. He is actively representing Starbucks, Dollarama, Hakim Optical, H&R Block, Tan FX and other prominent companies in the Manitoba Marketplace.
In 2006 Michael received the "Most Completed Transactions" award from the Winnipeg Realtors Commercial Division. |

Harry DeLeeuw

Born and raised in Winnipeg Harry DeLeeuw entered the real estate industry in 1970. Harry was a co-founder and managing partner of the largest independent real estate company in Winnipeg, DELBRO Real Estate, which was involved in residential, commercial, property management and development. He is currently Director for Network Development for Ambiente Homes Canada, an international company manufacturing affordable composite homes. Specializing in Investment Sales, Harry's expertise also includes: commercial, industrial and residential properties as well as relocation, site analysis and feasibility studies. |

Ian Corbett

Ian Corbett is a Commercial Real Estate professional and associate broker. Ian quickly established himself as a "Top Producer" since joining a national commercial firm, winning awards in 1988 and again in 1990, 1997 and 2001. Ian managed the brokerage operation from 1992-1996 before returning to focus all his energy on his sales career. Ian has consistently achieved awards for high sales achievement every year since returning to the sales field. As a lifetime resident of Manitoba, Ian’s range of Commercial Real Estate expertise include the sale of investment properties, the sale and leasing of office & industrial buildings, land assemblies & development and real estate consulting having completed sales, leasing and valuations of over $200,000,000 of commercial real estate. |

Chris Vodrey
Agent
Chris Vodrey graduated with a B.A. Double Major in Business Administration & Physical Education and Sports Studies from The University of Winnipeg in 2002. Chris was President of The Physical Activity and Sports Studies Students Association, President of the Marketing Strategy Computer Simulated Competition, and was selected by his peers to be Vice-President of the University of Winnipeg Team in the Manitoba International Marketing Competition competing around the world. Throughout, Chris was involved in coaching, managed retail stores and restaurants, has experience in politics/government, and has taken his entrepreneurial knowledge into business ventures. Chris joined Shindico Realty in 2004, and became a fully licensed commercial agent in 2005. Chris has successfully leased more than 120,000 Sq. Ft. combined space and continues to represent retail, office and industrial clients and maintain strong professional relationships.
